Ice Vodka

Our deliciously not-quite-traditional vodka is distilled by freezing, which gently preserves the most delicate compounds in the subtle addition of native blood limes and samphire. 

On the nose, bright citrus and a sherbet-like tingle are followed by faint vanilla malt aromas. 

The palate hums with soft citrus, vanilla, white pepper and a balanced saline minerality which is wildly moreish. The finish is long and rich with a weighty mouthfeel that just screams ‘martini’. 

We recommend this nouveau vodka be enjoyed a simply as possible: ice cold, perhaps a splash of soda. As a martini, we recommend lightly scuffed as opposed to dirty - a green Sicilian olive to garnish will amplify the coastal characteristics for a sophisticated and elegant drink.

Original Gin

A delicate and elegant gin made featuring a citrus forward blend of natives to complement the traditional gin botanicals. 

On the nose, a burst of sweet desert and blood limes derived from gentle cold distillation provide a heady citrus aroma, followed by classic undertones of warming, herbal juniper. 

The body is smooth and rich, our hot distillation of traditional gin botanicals alongside wattle seed, saltbush and samphire perfectly balances roasted spices and fruit with a good lick of salinity. 

This contemporary gin lends itself to pairing with dry tonic or soda and a slice of orange. Home mixologists should look no further than a crisp ice-cold martini, stirred with Lillet Blanc or white vermouth and garnished with a delicate orange zest.
